Telescope Tube
does any eyepiece suit any telescope focuser tube?
There are two common sizes of eyepiece, and some less frequently used sizes.
Most decent or good telescopes can use 1.25" eyepieces. (They have a barrel that's 1.25" in diameter)
The next size up has a 2" barrel. These scopes tend to be physically larger, and are often better quality ones, but they could put a 2" focuser on a junky scope too. Scopes designed for 2" eyepieces can use an adapter to use the 1.25" eyepieces.
Many "toy" telescopes and a some vintage collectors items use .965" diameter eyepieces. If it's a toy, the money you'd spend on a good eyepiece would be better applied to buying a worthwhile scope. If it's a collectors item, you'd probably know it.
Finally large observatory scopes sometimes take 4" or even larger eyepieces. These are often custom made.
The advantage of a larger diameter eyepiece is it allows for a wider field of view at low power. Most people with the 2" capability use 1.25" eyepieces for higher power. They use the larger eyepieces for low power views, and for connecting cameras to their scopes.

Priming a Telescope Tube
can i drill through 2 pieces of steel tube at the same time? One telescopes inside the other, want to know if?
it is okay to drill through both at the same time or will it destroy my bits? want an easy and quick way to drill holes in steel tubing.
You can, but you need to make sure the inside tube does not slip while you are drilling. Best would be to use a drill press and metal bits, plus a bit of oil to keep the temp down on the bit and metal. You would have to rig a clamp to hold the tube in place.
If you hand drill with an electric, start with a punch to keep the bit from slipping off the curve. Then drill at the highest speed you have--drilling metal is different than drilling wood.
I doubt you will destroy the bits, unless you are trying to drill case hardened steel. Always stop and pull back if the bit binds. Get it up to speed with just the tip inside the initial hole for a guide, and start again. Remember that with some metals, when you get through them, the bottom side may have a pucker. You can just turn the tube over, and use the bit head to knock off any shavings still stuck on, then a ball peen or large blunt punch to tap the pucker back into place.
